Humber Faculty of Health Science & Wellness (FHSW)

 

The FHSW at humber college strives to implement interprofessional education (IPE) throughout all of their programs to prepare their students for collaboration and understanding between professions in the workforce.

As a Communications and Multimedia Designer for the FHSW, I created visual and written content to aid in furthering the development of inter-professional education (IPE) in the medical sector. I created graphics and digital illustrations to accompany the faculty’s online articles and learning modules, as well as brand-adhering infographics, editorial layouts, and promotional content for a variety of their social media channels. I wrote and edited articles for online publication, held and directed interviews with faculty members, and contributed in designing the IPE website. This position allowed me to master my written and verbal communication skills, further my competency in website development and graphic design, and become proficient in Microsoft Suite.
